The rendering viewer is still on the way, but the imaging architecture is now in place so studies can already be organized by patient, provider, study, series, and instance metadata.
- Subject-linked imaging studies with study-level DICOM identifiers
- Series and instance scaffolding for later viewport and image-stack playback
- Provider-aware access through the same roster and assignment model used elsewhere in the portal
- Protected source attachments so uploaded files can be tied to imaging intake safely
Viewer rendering is not live yet, but the chart and provider portal can already understand imaging studies as a first-class record type.

Governance + Network
Clinician Companion spans three linked domains with distinct roles for restricted app access, public standards, and supporting tools. Privacy and security features are designed to support regulated workflows, including HIPAA and GDPR-oriented use, but formal compliance also depends on operational and hosting controls beyond plugin code alone.
