Patient + Provider Access
Patients can manage medical history, medications, statements, family history, documents, and chart context. Providers can sign in to review subscribed patients, monitor updates across their roster, and open authorized charts from one place.
Structured Chart Intake
The portal now supports guided JSON-based chart intake so data can be built, exported, copied, downloaded, or imported directly into Clinician Companion when the current account already has access to the destination chart.
Multi-Provider, Multi-MRN Workflow
A single patient can be connected to multiple providers, and providers can track multiple patients. Provider-specific MRNs and chart identifiers can coexist safely, so records can be organized across different networks without overlap.
Restricted + Privacy-First
Access is limited to approved users and linked records. Role-based permissions, controlled downloads, provider assignments, and structured chart access help support regulated workflows and safer collaboration.
